Text description provided by the architects. The International High School project is planned to become a 70-class secondary school, located near the center of Da Nang city. The urban space surrounding the project is dense and uniform, the architects want the school to become a vibrant oasis in a modern concrete jungle, not only a place to study but also an active community learning center. To maximize the integration of “sun, green land and space” into the campus, the building itself becomes a bridge between the functions and areas of the school with stilt houses, interspersed, overlapping, staggered and rooftop gardens. The multi-terraces on the upper level also have various functions and teaching meanings, which also enrich the fifth facade of the campus vertically.
